Our classic mustard is mainly produced from yellow mustard seeds. Its strength comes from the addition of a small quantity of brown and oriental mustard seeds.

Its typical flavour makes medium-hot mustard the ideal ingredient for tasty mustard sauces or for spreading on roulades.

“Medium Hot” also goes perfectly with a hearty sausage sandwich or a tasty banger.
